All of our properties were carefully selected to ensure they meet both the needs of a young and growing family, in terms of accessibility for local schools and facilities and the needs of the commuter by being close to road and rail networks.

One of the key things we think about when purchasing a property for the rental market is “would we like to live there” and the answer to that has to be yes and I believe our tenants agree with us as we rarely have any vacancies in our current properties. In fact some of our tenants have been with us for 10 years and many have offered to buy the houses from us!

Once we have purchased these homes, we then plan how we are going to change the property to a high specification, how to make rooms really functional and hard wearing and overall how to build in storage with the rental client in mind.

Our properties are well maintained and we have a list of local trades people that we have an excellent relationship with in order to help us maintain standards in the properties.

We have a variety of properties ranging from a two-bed apartment by the train station in Northwich; a small three bed starter home in Lowton; a large new build, three storey, three bed house in Northwich; two large modern build, four bed detached properties in Golborne near Wigan; a large new build, three storey, to a five bed semi-detached house in Winsford.

We advertise any properties that do become available on our website as well as Rightmove and Zoopla so please keep an eye on the page. All prospective tenants will be required to pass a credit check before they are able to sign a tenancy agreement with us. We do allow some pets in our residential properties as we understand they are just as much a part of the family (we have pets too!) but they are considered on an individual basis.
