About Our Company
We are a family run business who have now been renting out residential and student properties for nearly 20 years.
We have a fantastic and growing portfolio of high quality 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom residential properties in Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire. We also have a large range of 4 and 5 bedroom student properties in Preston and Nottingham to suit every budget.
All the properties are professionally managed by ourselves ensuring you have a friendly one-to-one service with trusted local tradespeople to support us in maintaining them to a high standard and ensuring all regulations for both private rental and Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) are met.

Student Accommodation Availability for September 2023
We offer clean, modern and well-designed, well-located houses that are properly maintained and offer a safe and welcoming environment for full time students.
All of our Preston properties have double beds in the bedrooms and are fully furnished with all utility bills included in the rent – even the TV licence!
We start to advertise our properties for full academic year’s from October each year for the following September, but also offer short term contracts for available individual rooms throughout the year.
Fully furnished and all bills are included in the rent.
